Harris, a consultant with the Ohio Education Association for 16 years, is currently serving on Governor Bob Taft’s Blue Ribbon Task Force on Financing Student Success. Prior to his work with the Association in governmental services, Harris served as an expert witness and case manager of several state school finance cases nationwide. He was a Ford Foundation Fellow at Syracuse University, and served as the director of school finance for the Pennsylvania Department of Education.
