The Raj Soin College of Business offers academic and career advising to help you build an academic plan individual to your goals and career aspirations and then transition from graduation into the workforce. Take advantage of the academic and career advising available to you to make sure you are on track for graduation and that you are prepared for life after graduation.
Academic Advisors
Academic advisors are available to all students to help plan their program of study and answer questions. We encourage you to meet with your advisor at least once a year to ensure you are on schedule for graduation. Your advisor can also answer questions about procedures and processes or academic problems.

The Center for Career Management serves as a crossroads for students, alumni, and prospective employers. We equip students with the career development skills they need and provide opportunities for employers to fulfill recruiting needs. We want to transform students' passions into meaningful careers and connect students, faculty, staff, alumni, and employers. We provide expert guidance for all students of business—from incoming first-year students to alumni. The Center for Career Management is generously supported by lead donors Speedway, Raj Soin, and MTC Technologies, as well as supporting donors Emerson and many business alumni.
- If you are an employer, find how you can learn about recruiting and networking opportunities.
- Career Services offers resources to help you find a job in Handshake, apply for jobs, get ready for an interview, and more.
- We encourage first-year students to take BUS 1000: Business and Career Opportunities to gain valuable insight into business careers, academics, and resources available.

Choosing the major and career path you wish to pursue is an ongoing process. As you continue your education and develop new interests, your goals may change. Some students enter Wright State and know what they want. Others have a field of study in mind, only to change it or add a minor as interests shift. Some people have no clue. Wherever you are in the process, we are here to help.
