Most important experience I have learned at Wright State: My daily dealings with my professors, the professors in the RSCOB really have the student at heart. It goes beyond just a classroom; our teachers interact and communicate investing their personal time and expertise outside the classroom into our success which ultimately made a difference in my life here on campus.
Biography
Keith Topper is an active MBA student at Wright State University, pursuing a degree in Marketing. While completing his undergraduate study at Xavier University, Keith received a National four year Army ROTC scholarship of excellence and was awarded Cadet Honors three times.
Keith was competitively selected to attend US Army Field Training exercises at Fort Knox, Kentucky, where he was awarded Commander’s Award as the overall top cadet in his company, Platoon Honor Graduate, Platoon Top 5 by his peers and an excellent overall rating. He has been competitively selected for US Army Air Assault School at the Warrior Training Center at Fort Benning, Georgia and US Army Cultural Understanding and Language Programs in Tunisia, Africa. During his time in Tunisia he would outline a training model which would be adopted by the US Army.
Keith is also a decorated volunteer. He currently volunteers as a tutor for ESL students at Fairbrook Elementary School. Keith has been a volunteer assistant coach of the Beavercreek High School Track and Field Team. He also volunteers as a personal trainer and mentor for ROTC cadets and at risk students. He has volunteered as a tutor for Xavier Student Athletes, for the Army ROTC buddy Outreach programs at Boys and Girls Clubs of America and for the Red Cross at Wright Patterson Air Force Base Hospital.
Keith is currently finishing his Masters in Marketing and working as the cadet Executive Officer for the Wright State ARMY ROTC Raider Battalion. He looks forward to his career serving his country as a Military Intelligence Office with a Branch Detail into Infantry.
