Woods Financial Group Ltd. in Vandalia has hired Amber McIlvain as a staff accountant. McIlvain, a CPA, compiles financial statements and prepares tax returns for both business and individual clients of the firm. She previously worked with Western & Southern Life Insurance Co. Before that, McIlvain spent 10 years with New Carlisle Federal Savings Bank. She has an accounting degree from Wright State University and is a member of the Ohio Society of CPAs.
