Peerless Technologies Corp. in Fairborn has hired Bob Goodman as vice president of strategic sourcing and programs. Goodman will lead Peerless' human talent, security and quality activities. He has more than 18 years of experience in the defense contracting, banking and information technology industries. Goodman has a bachelor's degree in business from Wright State University and a master's degree in business administration and human resource management from Central Michigan University. He is a member of Dayton Area Recruiting Alliance and has served on advisory boards for numerous organizations.
