Rita (Mulligan) McNabb works as a revenue agent group manager for the Internal Revenue Service. Rita recently served as the treasurer of the Pendleton, Indiana, youth soccer association. She is currently treasurer of “Hear Indiana,” a statewide nonprofit organization supporting speech by deaf and hearing impaired children.
