CareSource has promoted L. Tarlton Thomas III to chief financial officer. Thomas previously was vice president of finance and interim CFO. He has more than 17 years of financial leadership experience. Prior to joining CareSource in 2007, he was part of the finance team at Standard Register. Thomas is a member of the Ohio Society of CPAs. He has a bachelor's degree in accounting and finance from Wright State University.
