Robert Kroger is a graduate of the 2017 Master of Science in Logistics and Supply Chain Management Cohort. Robert maintained a high level of participation in the courses throughout the program and achieved a high level of academic performance. In Robert’s capstone project, “Grandview Hospital Cath Lab Inventory Project,” he assisted Grandview Hospital to convert their expense based inventory system to a perpetual inventory system. This was a necessary project for the hospital to reduce costs and to prevent losses due to items expiring. Through much of the project, Robert was a team of one, inventorying the items, resolving difference between multiple systems, labeling shelving for the new system, and doing the initial physical inventory for the system launch. Robert was recognized by his excellence in academic achievements and awarded the ISSCM Outstanding Graduate Award!
