All core classes are offered online every semester, and at least three of the concentration courses are offered online each term.  You can complete the Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) program completely online in the same amount of time if you were taking classes on-campus. We have one of the region’s few AACSB-accredited M.B.A. programs with some concentrations available completely online. Some concentrations are available only in the face-to-face on campus format

Online courses are taught by the same award-winning faculty members who teach classes on-campus. You will use the state-of-the-art software, hardware, and support infrastructure to help you make the most of your online courses. Online classes allow you the flexibility to take your M.B.A. coursework at any time and in any location you choose. Make sure to check that your system is compatible with our online class tools.

If you plan to study in the USA under an F1 or J1 visa, you are NOT eligible for this program because of US federal laws and regulations governing online classes.

Tips for Success in the Online MBA Courses

While online classes are a great way to plan school around your busy life, a common misconception is that online classes are easier than standard classes. Online classes require you to be self-disciplined and driven. Here are some useful tips to help you succeed as an online student.

5 Tips to Succeed in an Online Course

  1. Login often to not fall behind because your professor may post new announcements or require you to participate in online discussions.
  2. Make sure you have required software to listen to lectures or watch videos. Don’t let a software issue stand in the way of learning.
  3. Manage your time and be proactive with your studies. Set aside some time each day for class and find a study environment free from distractions.
  4. Keep track of due dates of your of assignments and exams. Don’t wait till the last minute to ensure you have your questions answered and issues resolved before.
  5. Ask questions and contact your instructor if you ever need any help. Your professor won’t know that you’re having trouble unless you let them know.

On Campus

Most M.B.A. classes meet Monday through Thursday on the Dayton Campus. You can choose from classes offered once per week from 6:30–9:10 p.m. or two times per week from 5–6:20 p.m.

The part-time evening program is designed for full-time working professionals’ convenience and is the most flexible option. You determine the pace and duration of the program as long as you complete the program in five calendar years from the start of the first class taken.
