If you are a master’s student who takes MIS: 7300 and SCM: 7950, then you will receive the Microsoft dynamics student certificate.
 

Value of the Microsoft Dynamics Certificate (awarded by Microsoft Dynamics)

This program is offered by the  Microsoft Dynamics Academic Alliance. The goal is to increase the use of Microsoft Dynamics products in school curricula and provide you with additional opportunities to use real-world solutions across multiple courses.

  • You will have significant exposure to Microsoft Dynamics solutions applicable to both coursework and future jobs.
  • This certificate allows Microsoft partners to focus their recruiting efforts on schools producing graduates with a higher level of Microsoft Dynamics product knowledge.

How to Receive the Microsoft Dynamics Certificate

If you are an undergraduate, you must complete and pass the following course:

  • MIS 4500: Business Processes and Enterprise Systems

If you are a graduate student in the supply chain or information management programs, you must complete either of the following two courses:

  • MIS 7300: Enterprise Systems and Analytics
  • SCM 7950: Information Technology and Supply Chain Management

You will complete approximately 100 student activity hours focused on the Microsoft Dynamics system within the above two courses.
