Managers and employees knowledgeable in human resource topics are critical to ensure organizations and businesses attract, motivate, and retain a qualified effective workforce.
The human resource management certificate focuses on the most important functional skills in human resource management that are necessary for a career in human resources.

Admission
To be admitted in the certificate program, you need to meet the following qualifications:
- B.S. or B.A. degree from an accredited college or university
This program will not accept transfer credits from other institutions.

Program Outcomes
Our faculty have extensive experience in the field and teach students the skills necessary for a successful career in human resource or management.
If you complete the certificate program, you may qualify to take a certifying exam by the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) or the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Certification requirements include education, experience, and a passing score on an exam that covers the major content areas of HR knowledge.
